১. প্রথমে উত্তরপত্রে “বিজয় দিবস” শীর্ষক রচনাটি কাগজে কলমে লিখতে হবে বাংলায় সর্বোচ্চ সর্বোচ্চ ৫০০ শব্দের মধ্যে।
২. প্রত্যেক পৃষ্টায় প্রতিযোগীর নাম, শ্রেণী আর ফোন নম্বর লিখতে হবে।
৩. ফেইসবুকে দেয়া অংশগ্রহণকারীর ফরমটি পূরণ করে আর কাগজে লেখা রচনার ছবি তুলে বা পিডিফ ফরমেটে আপলোড করতে হবে।
